Mary E. Hill Memorial - (multiple awards)  $5,650 

To be awarded to Wayne County residents studying in the medical field excluding psychology with priority given to minority students.  Selection made by the Mary E. Hill Scholarship Committee.


Mary Hatfield Jenkins - (multiple awards possible; total award amt listed)  $4,149

SHS graduating senior recognized for academic excellence and demonstrates financial need.


Kirk-Little Post 1108, VFW #6 - (awards are $1,000 each)  $1,000

SHS graduating senior in recognition of academic excellence with preference given to lineal descendent of a veteran.


Mary E. Maurer, Hilda Dickman Herold, & Martha Jane Dickman - (2 awards in equal amounts; one male/one female)  $2,000

Awarded to SHS graduating Catholic seniors, that have been confirmed and attend Mass regularly, are hard-working of good character and active in the community.


Wayne County College Fund  $578

Renewable last dollar scholarships based on unmet financial need for students attending a Wayne County college.
