Forward Wayne County Spearheads Two Collaborations for Community Improvement
In one short week, Forward Wayne County has helped our area achieve a 21st Century Talent Region designation from the State of Indiana, and also launched a new webinar series geared towards revitalizing our county through collaborative projects!

Wayne County Foundation Announces 2021 Lilly Endowment Community Scholar Recipients
The Wayne County Foundation is pleased to announce the selection of two area high school seniors who will receive the prestigious Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship. Congratulations to Michael Davis (Centerville-Abington High School) and Alexis Worl (Lincoln High School) who were selected from a pool of ninety applicants from throughout Wayne County.
Alexis and Michael will receive a four-year, full-tuition scholarship and a $900 annual stipend for required books and equipment to attend an accredited public or private nonprofit college or university in Indiana.
Alexis plans to study psychology at Butler University in the fall, while Michael has expressed interest in studying aeronautical engineering technology at Purdue University.
