The Wayne County Foundation exists to foster and encourage private philanthropic giving, to enhance the spirit of community
and to improve the quality of life in the Wayne County, Indiana, area now and for future generations.

In 2022 , the Foundation was able to grant more than $2.3 million to our community because of the generosity of our donors. Your gifts enable the Foundation to address immediate needs and support future-focused projects that will help our community thrive.

Foundation Executive Director Selected for MDLF Fellowship Class VI

The Wayne County Foundation announced today that Rebecca Gilliam, Executive Director, has been selected as a fellow in the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation (MDLF) Fellowship Class VI. Out of 137 applicants across 28 Indiana counties, Gilliam is one of 25 visionary leaders who were chosen for this cohort – and only one of two East Central Indiana representatives.
