We are excited to announce our upcoming course in partnership with the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy: Purposeful Boards, Powerful Fundraising!
Fundraising success depends on organization-wide efforts from the leadership of the board to the dedication of front-line staff. Board members and staff will work collaboratively to develop an action plan to improve the culture of philanthropy in your organization, improve board recruitment and training, and ensure the organization has a solid case for support.
This one-day course will teach participants:
- How to communicate and demonstrate board and staff responsibilities to the organization
- What needs to be prepared for new board members
- Tools and strategies to recruit, train, mentor, and redirect board members to support fundraising
Both the Executive Director (or similar position) and the Board Chair (or member of the executive committee) MUST attend. Payment required in full before your registration is confirmed.
Cost: $300 per organization
*Upon completion of the course, the fee will be reimbursed to your organization.
