The MacDowells are long-time supporters of the Wayne County Foundation, and are the founders of three funds at the Foundation: the Barry and Carolyn MacDowell Family Fund, the Carolyn MacDowell, RN, Fund for Adult Day Care, and the Kevin Scott MacDowell Memorial Scholarship.
